Salted Pecan and Strawberry Porridge

The core porridge recipe, with the sugar halved. Topped with fresh, juicy strawberries and salted caramel and pecan spread (I use Hotel Chocolat, but you can make your own with crushed pecan praline, melted chocolate and sea salt in a blender).

It’s kinda like eating dessert for your breakfast, but with a long-lasting energy release and far, far fewer calories, it’s a win-win situation!
